How to make White Chocolate Grinch Fudge
This fudge is very easy to make and can be broken down into two simple steps.
- Make the fudge
- Color the fudge
How to make the fudge
In a medium-sized microwave safe mixing bowl, pour white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
Heat in the microwave for 90 seconds, then stir. Heat for additional 30 second increments until smooth. You can also melt the chocolate using the double boiler method.
How to color the fudge
Separate ¼ of the mixture into another bowl. Add 2 drops of red food coloring into the smaller bowl and mix well. Reheat the mixture if necessary if it begins to thicken.
Add 3-5 drops of green food coloring to the remaining white chocolate mixture and stir until combined. Add additional food coloring if necessary to reach desired color. Reheat the mixture if necessary if it begins to thicken.
Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper (or aluminum foil) and evenly spread the green fudge throughout the pan.
Spoon the red fudge over the top of the green fudge. Spread the dollops out by at least 1 centimeter to ensure you achieve a good swirl of colors.
Use a butter knife to swirl the colors together, then place heart sprinkles evenly throughout the pan. I typically line them up with rows of 6 since the fudge cuts well into 36 pieces.
Place the fudge in the fridge until it sets, then cut and enjoy!
