Cuisine American
- 4 cups white chocolate chips 24 ounces
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 ounces
- 36 heart sprinkles
- red and green food coloring
To make the fudge
In a medium-sized microwave safe mixing bowl, pour white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat in the microwave for 90 seconds, then stir. Heat for additional 30 second increments until smooth.
Separate ΒΌ of the mixture into another bowl. Add 2 drops of red food coloring and mix well. Reheat the mixture if necessary if it begins to thicken.
Add 3-5 drops of green food coloring to the remaining white chocolate mixture and stir until combined. Add additional food coloring if necessary to reach desired color. Reheat the mixture if necessary if it begins to thicken.
Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper (or aluminum foil) and evenly spread the green fudge throughout the pan.
Spoon the red fudge over the top of the green fudge. Spread the dollops out by at least 1 centimeter to ensure a good swirl effect.
Use a butter knife to swirl the colors together.
Place heart sprinkles evenly throughout the pan. I typically line them up with rows of 6 since the fudge cuts well into 36 pieces.
Place the fudge in the fridge until it sets, then cut and enjoy!
