Spritz Cookies
These light butter cookies are a holiday classic in our house! Get out the cookie press and throw just a few ingredients together and you are left with these adorable, festive cookies.

1 ½ cups butter softened 1 cup granulated sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 ½ cup all-purpose flour colored sprinkles for topping Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream butter and sugar.
Add in egg and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
Add in flour ½-1 cup at a time. Mix after each addition.
Prepare cookie press, fitting it with your desired cookie shape.
Add room temperature dough to cookie press and press cookies on to a non-greased cookie sheet.
Top cookies with colored sprinkles.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until bottoms just begin to brown.
Remove from oven and move cookies to a cooling rack.
