Snickers and Apple Salad

I've added my own twist to the popular no-bake Snickers and Apple salad! This summery dessert has a vanilla pudding and cool whip base and is packed with snickers, green apples, marshmallows and fudge stripe cookies. It's so simple and so delicious!

Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 8` ounces cool whip thawed/refrigerated
  • 3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding one box, prepared per instructions on the box
  • 1 green apple chopped
  • 12 mini Snickers chopped
  • 1 package Fudge Stripe Cookies crushed into smaller pieces
  • 1½ cups mini marshmallows
For the Topping
  • caramel sauce for drizzling, optional

Method
 

To make the salad
  1. Prepare instant vanilla pudding as instructed on the box, set in fridge for a few minutes to set.
  2. Chop up apple, snickers and fudge stripe cookies and place in a medium to large bowl.
  3. Add marshmallows, cool whip and chilled pudding. Mix until combined.
  4. Top with caramel sauce and additional pieces of apple, marshmallow, cookies and snickers (if desired).
  5. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
