Open your store-bought graham cracker crust and set it aside (or make a homemade one, suggested recipe is above).
Add the softened cream cheese to a medium mixing bowl and use a hand or stand mixer to beat it until smooth.
Add the sugar, beat until smooth and scrape down the bowl.
Finally, add the vanilla and heavy cream. Beat the mixture until it is light anand fluffy (1-2 minutes).
Evenly spread the cheesecake mixture throughout the graham cracker crust.
