Ingredients

For the crust

  • 9-inch graham cracker crust store bought or homemade

For the cheesecake layer

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the cherry layer

  • 1 can Lucky Leaf Premium Cherry Fruit Filling 21 ounces

For the topping

  • whipped cream topping store bought or homemade

Instructions

To make the cheesecake layer

  • Open your store-bought graham cracker crust and set it aside (or make a homemade one, suggested recipe is above).
  • Add the softened cream cheese to a medium mixing bowl and use a hand or stand mixer to beat it until smooth.
  • Add the sugar, beat until smooth and scrape down the bowl.
  • Finally, add the vanilla and heavy cream. Beat the mixture until it is light anand fluffy (1-2 minutes).
  • Evenly spread the cheesecake mixture throughout the graham cracker crust.

To assemble the rest of the pie

  • Next, spread the Lucky Leaf Premium Cherry Fruit Filling evenly over the cheesecake layer.
  • Add whipped cream over the top, as desired, and then let it set in the fridge for at least 20 minutes before serving.
