Method
To make the cheesecake layer
- Open your store-bought graham cracker crust and set it aside (or make a homemade one, suggested recipe is above).
- Add the softened cream cheese to a medium mixing bowl and use a hand or stand mixer to beat it until smooth.
- Add the sugar, beat until smooth and scrape down the bowl.
- Finally, add the vanilla and heavy cream. Beat the mixture until it is light anand fluffy (1-2 minutes).
- Evenly spread the cheesecake mixture throughout the graham cracker crust.
To assemble the rest of the pie
- Next, spread the Lucky Leaf Premium Cherry Fruit Filling evenly over the cheesecake layer.
- Add whipped cream over the top, as desired, and then let it set in the fridge for at least 20 minutes before serving.
