Method
- Using a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment or a hand mixer, cream the butter, peanut butter and brown sugar on high for 1-2 minutes. Scrape down the bowl once complete.
- Add in the vanilla extract, milk and salt. Mix until combined.
- Add the rolled oats and mix until well-combined. Scrape down the bowl once complete.
- Add the chocolate chips and m&m's fold them into the dough using the mixer or a silicone spatula.
- Store the dough in the fridge, but enjoy at room temperature!
