This edible monster cookie dough is packed with rolled oats, peanut butter, chocolate chips and m&m's! It's perfect to roll and cover in chocolate, to use as a dip for apples, pretzels or graham crackers or to just eat with a spoon.
Kitchen scale to weigh the peanut butter, optional
Ingredients
¼cupunsalted buttersoftened
¾cupcreamy peanut butter180 grams or 6.5 ounces
¾cuplight brown sugarpacked
½teaspoonvanilla extract
3tablespoonsmilk
1¾cuprolled oats
¼teaspoonsalt
½cupm and m'smilk chocolate (recommended)
½cupchocolate chipssemi-sweet (recommended)
Instructions
Using a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment or a hand mixer, cream the butter, peanut butter and brown sugar on high for 1-2 minutes. Scrape down the bowl once complete.
Add in the vanilla extract, milk and salt. Mix until combined.
Add the rolled oats and mix until well-combined. Scrape down the bowl once complete.
Add the chocolate chips and m&m's fold them into the dough using the mixer or a silicone spatula.
Store the dough in the fridge, but enjoy at room temperature!
