How to make Easy S’mores Trifle

This trifle is very easy to make and can be assembled in a few steps!

  1. Make the trifle elements
  2. Assemble the trifle

How to make the trifle elements

Bake 2 boxes of brownie mix per package instructions. Allow them to cool to room temperature. I prefer to make them using a 9×13-inch baking pan.

Cut the brownies into 1-2 inch cubes, set aside.

In a large bowl, use a spatula to mix the whipped topping and marshmallow fluff. Set it aside.

Use a food processor to coarsely crush the graham crackers. You can also place the crackers in a gallon storage bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

How to assemble the trifle

Add a layer of brownie pieces to the bottom of a trifle bowl. I prefer to make this layer thicker. Ensure that the entire bottom is covered.

Next, add a layer of the marshmallow cream (~1-inch thick).

Then add a layer of crushed graham crackers on top of the cream. Repeat these steps a few times, ending on the marshmallow cream layer (also reserving some of the graham crackers and brownie bits for topping).

Top the trifle with leftover graham crackers, brownie bits, mini marshmallows and/or chocolate chips.
