This Chocolate Easter Bark is packed with chocolate, M&M’s, Cadbury Mini Eggs, pretzels and bunny cookies. It can be put together in less than 10 minutes and is ready to eat after 30 minutes!
Quick Tips
- Use chocolate chips or baking chocolate instead of almond bark or candy melts – real chocolate will taste better!
- Use any type of Easter candy for this bark! Choose your favorite
- Use a rimmed 13×18 baking pan if you have it – that’s what I used and what the ingredients are measured to fit
- Line the pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy removal of the Chocolate Easter Bark
Equipment
- 13×18 pan (smaller is OK too, but then you will need to use two pans to use all of the chocolate – don’t make the bark too thick!)
- Parchment paper or aluminum foil
- Medium microwave safe bowls (or equipment to use the double boil method to melt the chocolate)
- Spoons
- Silicone spatula
- Knife or toothpick (to swirl the chocolate)
Ingredient Notes
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips: milk or dark chocolate is OK too, you can also use baking chocolate
- White chocolate chips: since not much is used, white almond bark or colored candy melts will work too!
- Cadbury Mini Eggs
- Easter M&M’s
- Pretzel sticks: any pretzel shape will work. Break them into smaller pieces before adding them to the bark if desired
- Bunny Grahams
