This S’mores Chocolate Bark contains just chocolate, graham crackers and marshmallows. It’s the perfect summer dessert!
Quick Tips
- Add festive sprinkles for the 4th of July or just for fun!
- Cut the jumbo marshmallows in half the long way – otherwise they are too tall for the chocolate bark
- Broil the marshmallows until they are browned – watch them closely as they burn quickly
- Leave some larger graham cracker pieces for added taste and texture
- Make sure to spread the chocolate bark over parchment paper for easier removal once it’s set

Equipment
- Microwave-safe bowl (medium)
- Stirring spoon
- Silicone spatula
- Measuring cup
- Parchment paper
- Cookie sheet (fits snugly on a 1/4 sheet pan, but you can use a larger one as well! Just don’t spread the chocolate out too much)
Ingredient Notes
- Chocolate chips: I recommend semi-sweet
- Large marshmallows: cut in half the long way (I love these star ones)
- Graham crackers
- Sprinkles: optional

How to make S’mores Chocolate Bark
In a microwave-safe medium mixing bowl, microwave the chocolate for 60-90 seconds. Stir until it’s smooth and completely melted.
Line a quarter sheet pan with parchment paper (a larger cookie sheet is OK to use too). I like to spray the cookie sheet with cooking spray or water before adding the parchment so that the parchment sticks to the pan.
Spread the melted chocolate evenly throughout the pan. Make sure that you don’t spread the chocolate layer too thin. The chocolate should be at least half a centimeter thick.
Cut the marshmallows in half the long way (so that they aren’t too tall for the bark), then press them into the melted chocolate.
Set your oven to the broil setting and place the chocolate bark in the oven for 2-3 minutes (until the marshmallows brown on top). NOTE: keep a close eye on your chocolate bark when it is in the oven, the marshmallows can go from brown to burnt very quickly! I like to spin the pan a few times during broiling as well to ensure that the marshmallows brown evenly.
Once brown, remove the pan from the oven and add crushed graham crackers and sprinkles to the chocolate bark. Be sure to press the larger graham cracker pieces into the chocolate to ensure that they stick.
Place the s’mores chocolate bark in the fridge for 1-2 hours to set.
Once the chocolate has completely hardened, remove it from the fridge and peel off the parchment paper. Break the chocolate bark into small pieces. If desired, you can use a knife to cut the chocolate instead in order to break each piece to have a full marshmallow in it.
